The demonstration was carried out, for now, with a Xiaomi 17T, although all devices receiving the new version of the system should also get this feature.
The Chinese brand thus joins a growing list of manufacturers moving towards this integration, which has already been adopted by Samsung, Vivo, Google and OPPO.
In the future, however, more manufacturers are expected to join in, paving the way for a universal cross-device sharing system where devices from different brands and operating systems can exchange files with one another quickly and easily.
